By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Website, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Payment Methods Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Soil Naxian Creations operates as an online shop specializing in the sale of handcrafted decorative and lifestyle products inspired by Naxian heritage, including marble-based creations, porcelain items, home accessories, wedding and baptism favors, as well as custom-made products upon request. All services and products provided through the Website are subject to these Terms.

Customers may place orders without creating a user account. Guest checkout is available. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.2 Payment Methods. We accept the payment methods described in our Payment Methods Policy, including credit/debit cards via secure banking gateways, IRIS payments, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and Cash on Delivery where available.

4.3 Currency. All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR) only.

4.4 Payment Confirmation. Orders are processed upon confirmation of full payment, except in the case of Cash on Delivery.

6.1 Pricing. All prices displayed on the Website are in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), in accordance with Greek law, unless stated otherwise.
