1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Processing time depends on the nature of the product:

Ready-made products: within 1 to 3 business days.

Custom or made-to-order products (including personalized items for weddings, baptisms, or special occasions): approximately 3 to 10 business days.

Customers will be informed via email if additional preparation time is required.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the delivery method and destination.
No hidden or additional charges apply.

3. Delivery Methods & Times

ACS Courier

Available for deliveries within Greece only.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1–3 business days, depending on the destination area and courier conditions.

4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is provided to the customer once the order is dispatched.
Delivery confirmation is handled by the courier service.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

Soil Naxian Creations is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier service delays.
Weather conditions.
Strikes.
Force majeure events beyond our control.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed as lost or damaged by the courier, the customer is entitled to either a replacement or a full refund.
Customers must notify us promptly if they suspect loss or damage upon delivery.
